The Plichta-Legal Attorney’s Office provides

legal assistance in all areas traditionally associated with the practice of the profession of attorney at law and at every stage of the case (advice, negotiation, court proceedings, execution), in particular:

training and workshops on law, including legislative innovations for public and private entities.

The range of services provided by Plichta-Legal Attorney’s Office is wide and comprehensive and oriented towards providing legal services to foreigners especially in following areas: Civil law (i. a. contract law, family and custody law, maintenance, inheritance law, insurance, compensation, divorces, medical error cases, The Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction cases); Criminal law (i.e. offences, penal fiscal law, white collar crimes); Administrative law (protection of monuments, construction law, law on foreigners, reprivatisation, pensions and welfare); Constitutional law (human rights and freedoms, Constitutional complaint, application to the European Court of Human Rights).

In 2013 he graduated from the University of Wrocław at Law with a very good degree and a year before he got an undergraduate degree from the Institute of Journalism and Social Communication at the Faculty of Philology at the University of Wrocław; then he continued his legal education during attorney’s trainee course in Wroclaw Bar Chamber and doctoral studies. Multiple scholarship holder for academic results and scientific achievements. He gained experience and skills in renowned law firms where he provided legal assistance to clients with international reach.

In 2017 he earned a Doctoral Degree in Law. During his doctoral studies he conducted tutorials and lectures for students from Poland and abroad, mainly in English.
