The remuneration for our legal services is always determined individually, taking into account Client’s needs, the subject matter of the case, the degree of complexity, expected execution time, etc.

The indicative remuneration in civil proceedings before the court of first instance depends on the value of the subject matter of the case and it results from the Ordinance of the Minister of Justice of 3 October 2016 amending the regulation on fees for attorney’s fees.

In each case, the Client has the possibility to negotiate the scope of the legal assistance, the remuneration and the form of payment.

Wynagrodzenie jest zawsze ustalane indywidualnie, z uwzględnieniem potrzeb Klienta, przedmiotu sprawy, stopnia jej skomplikowania, przewidywanego czasu wykonywania zlecenia.

Orientacyjna kwota wynagrodzenia adwokackiego w postępowaniu cywilnym przed sądem pierwszej instancji zależy od wartości przedmiotu sprawy i wynika z Rozporządzenia Ministra Sprawiedliwości z dnia 3 października 2016 r. zmieniającego rozporządzenie w sprawie opłat za czynności adwokackie.

W każdej sprawie Klient ma możliwość negocjowania zakresu udzielanej pomocy prawnej, wysokości wynagrodzenia oraz formy płatności.
